Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Airport Transfers : Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Executive : Cancellation policies for executive travel services are based on the terms agreed upon during the booking process. Please contact us directly for specific details regarding refunds for executive travel services.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to meet our driver at the designated pick-up location without prior cancellation, it will be considered a 'no-show.' No-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Please notify us as soon as possible if changes to your schedule are necessary.

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service

If you encountered any issues with our service that led to dissatisfaction, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your ride. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and may offer a refund or alternative resolution depending on the circumstances.
